We want to thank each of you for your business over the last 10 years, as times change so do prices. Gone are the days of $1 and $2 per gallon gas and gone are the days of cheap rides to Atlanta. We want to insure that our Drivers receive good pay for those 6 hour round trips not only to Atlanta, but to all of the airports we serve. Our prices to all of the airports will include a base rate and driver pay based on the number of hours we estimate for airport services. You should ALWAYS tip your Driver for their service and time in providing you a safe ride down the mountain.

Prices are listed on a first come first serve basis only. If we are booked then we will provide a competitive rate through our affiliate partners. If you call the day before you need a ride, you may be too late, book early as this is not New York City.

• Atlanta and Charlotte trips are considered 6 hour trips for our drivers
• Asheville trips are considered 3 hour trips for our drivers from Cashiers and 4 hours from Highlands.
• Greenville trips are considered 3.5 hour trips for our drivers from Cashiers and 4.5 from Highlands
• All transportation prices are based on starting or stopping in Cashiers, NC.

Policy, Procedures and Terms: Prices are for the shuttle service only. Prices do not include gratuity for your driver (20% is customary). If your flight is delayed or late and your driver has already been dispatched to pick you up at the airport you will be charged wait time. Drivers are dispatched 4 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time in Atlanta, Charlotte and Knoxville. Greenville is dispatched 3 hours prior to arrival and Asheville is dispatched 2 hours prior to arrival. You will be responsible for paying your driver an amount of $20 for every 15 minutes your plane is delayed for waiting. Prices reflected are for dispatched shuttles between 8 AM and 5 PM daily (Asheville and Greenville is 8 AM to 7 PM). A late night/early morning fee of $25 will be charged for dispatched drivers after 5 PM (Asheville and Greenville after 7 PM) and all areas before 8 AM. Prices are based on availability, first come first serve basis, and excludes all Holidays. If you wish to call in your credit card payment, then a 4 % admin fee will be added.

Cancellation Policy: All services are pre-paid (just like the airlines) and reservations are required. If your plans change you will receive a refund of 100% if canceling more than 31 days prior to service. If you are canceling less than 32 days prior to service and more than 15 days you will receive a refund less a 35% service charge, 15 days or less 0% refund. Once you book your date and time we schedule that time and do not allow other reservations for that time frame, your loss is our loss.
